Design

The product range is constantly expanding; New types can be developed based on samples & drawings of clients.

Materials

Generally bearing ring and steel ball are adopted with chrome steel(GCr15) to be made. The preserving shelf generally adopting brass sheet or cold rolling steel strap. Punching to be made. Also having plastics, hpenol aldehyde and preserving shelf. The shield is made by cold-rolling steel sheet and the seal is made by imported.

For special bearings, we also used special materials(G20Cr2ni4,G20 CrNiMo,G20CrNiMoA,9Cr18,10Cr14Mo,ect.,).

Packing

Generally bearing is to be packed in the plastic pipes or the thin membrane bags (10pcs), then to be packed into the medium size paper box (50pcs or 100pcs), then all to be packed into the carton. Also it can be packed into color box per each pc.
